All properties are centrally air-conditioned. Please adjust the temperature to your liking and switch off the A/C when you go out. |
| Airports | Dubai International Airport is situated approximately 25 KM from our properties. The easiest is to take a taxi from the airport which should cost around 80 Dirhams. Abu Dhabi Airport is approximately 100 KM away from Dubai. The journey takes around 45 minutes. |

| Breakages | Please report all breakages, both large and small to us in order for us to replace the item as soon as possible. Breakages or damage will be charged to your credit card under your authorisation. |
| Car Hire | If you have hired a car yourself, when you have cleared customs, please proceed to your designated Dubai car rental company desk in the arrivals hall to arrange the pick up of your car. We have preferential rates with Holiday Autos in Dubai. Bookings can be made via our website on the Car Hire page. |
| Cellular Phone | Pay-as-you-go SIM cards are available for hire at 25 AED / £4 per day. Please contact us should you require one. |
| Check-In | Properties are guaranteed from 2pm on the day of your arrival. However, subject to availability, arrangements can be made if your arrival is early morning. |
| Check Out | Check out time is 12.00 midday. If you require a late check out or wish to extend your stay, please notify us at least 72 hours prior to your departure. Subject to availability we will do our best to accommodate you.

| Departure | Leaving the Dubai rental villa or apartment: Please ensure you take all your personal belongings with you and return the key to our office. We can either arrange a taxi for the return journey to Dubai airport for you or if you are self-drive, please leave your car with the appropriate car hire company at the airport. The property inventory will be checked prior to your departure. |
| TV & DVD Player | These are available in all properties. TV's have a selection of entertainment in English, Arabic and other languages. |
| Electricity | The supply runs at 220-240V according to local authority regulations. |
| Emergencies | In the event of an emergency: |
| Fire | The properties are fitted with smoke alarms and in some cases, a sprinkler system. Fire extinguishers are also fitted. |
| Foreign Exchange | There are several currency exchange facilities in Dubai as well as several in the arrivals hall at Dubai Airport. Thomas Cook is the nearest to our properties and is located within Ibn Battuta Shopping Mall, Interchange No.6 Sheikh Zayed Road. (next to Geant Supermarket) |
| Gym | Our villa guests can take advantage of communal leisure facilities, while apartment guests can enjoy gym facilities on site. |
| Hairdryer | These are available in all properties. |
| Housekeeping | Maid service is provided twice per week. Linen and towels are replaced once per week. Should you require any extra items please let us know. |
| Internet Access & Telephones | High speed internet access is available in all our properties. Tthe telephones are installed for local calls only which are free at this time. These cannot be used to phone international or mobile phones. We can supply local sim cards for your cell phone to use in Dubai. You will require a pay as you go phone card widely available in Dubai. |
| Maintenance | Should a maintenance emergency arise, please contact our office for assistance. |
| Meet & Greet | If you select our airport welcome service including transfer to your accommodation, then please report to the Marhaba Welcome Services http://www.marhabaservices.com can you link through desk situated at the bottom of the escalators on the right before passport control. • Standard Meet & Greet Service - Greeted at tunnel before arrivals hall and escorted through to express passport control £15 / 110 AED • Diamond Meet & Greet Service - Greeted at air-bridge outside the aircraft and escorted through to express passport control £20 / 140 AED Please note that the above airport welcome services include buggy transfer, visa collection assistance, express customs clearance & passport control |

| Supermarkets | Several are located close by to each property. |
| Swimming Pool | All Springs villas, Dubai Marina and The Greens apartments have access to swimming pools. |
| Taxis | The taxi rank is situated to left of the main exit at Dubai Airport. Taxis will charge approximately 80 Dirhams (about 10 pounds) and the journey to the Springs, The Greens or Marina should take approximately 30 minutes. Dubai Transport can be contacted on 0097 14 208 0808. |
